Also, in total there have been 109 NHL players who played for the Wolverines and nine of them have been all-stars and only one has played for the all-star team. Now, the stats of the Michigan Wolverines have won fourteen regular season championships and elven conference tournament championships. But the Michigan Wolverines have put 30 more people into the NHL, and they have produced some of the biggest names in the NHL at this moment. Like Brock Boeser one of the best players on the Canucks right now and his teammate Quinn Hughes who is also one of the best too. So, overall, they have won the most NCAA championships and have produced some of the best players in the NHL so that is why they are ranked number one.
